Equipment Overview
This unit is a device that can simultaneously complete drying and granulation. According to the process requirements, the pressure, flow rate, and nozzle size of the material liquid pump can be adjusted. Obtain spherical particles of a certain size ratio as required.
The working process of this unit is as follows: the feed liquid is input under high pressure through a diaphragm pump, sprayed into mist like droplets, and then flows down in parallel with hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected by the bottom discharge port of the tower, and the exhaust gas and its small powder are separated by a cyclone separator. The exhaust gas is discharged by a suction fan, and the powder is collected by a powder collection cylinder located under the cyclone separator. A secondary dust removal device can also be installed at the outlet of the fan, with a recovery rate of 96% -98%.
The tower body, pipeline, and separator materials in contact with the materials of this unit are all made of SUS304. There is an insulation layer between the interior of the tower and the outer shell, filled with rock wool. The tower is equipped with observation doors, mirrors, light sources, and control instruments, which are controlled and displayed by an electrical control console.
The heat source of this unit adopts steam heater, electric heater or other types, which have the advantages of easy operation, fast start-up, compact mechanism, and clean hot air. In addition, there is a control and regulation device for the heat source installed in the electrical control cabinet, which enables infinite temperature regulation of the inlet. Our factory can provide different heating methods according to the actual needs of users.
Equipment features
The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95-98% of the water can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time is only tens of seconds to tens of seconds, especially suitable for drying heat sensitive materials.
The obtained product is spherical particles with uniform particle size, good flowability, good solubility, high purity, and good quality.
